Delicious cabbage salad

You’d be surprised, but adding just a few ingredients and a bit of changing technology, it is possible to make amazingly delicious cabbage salad – to the delight of yourself and your health!

After all, ordinary cabbage has an unusually wide range of healing actions! Among other things, it contains 16 amino acids, almost all of the vitamins, including the “anti-ulcer” vitamin U, as well as magic tartronovaya acid.

For reference: tartronovaya acid has the property to prevent obesity because it inhibits the conversion of excess carbohydrates into fat. And, by the way, this acid is first destroyed by heating!

So, we do live a delicious cabbage salad and easy to move to well-fed and healthy slimness!

-white cabbage – 500 g

-carrot – 1 PC.

-onion – 1 PC.

-Basil fresh/dried – 1 tbsp

-orange – 1 PC.

-sunflower oil unrefined cold pressed – 1 tbsp

-soy sauce – 2 tbsp

-garlic – 1 clove

-sea salt – pinch

-green salad and/or dill for decoration

Method of preparation:

Cabbage chop thin long strips. Add a pinch of salt and gently RUB. Salt quite a bit! And try not to pound the cabbage in the puree,and just a little promnite so that it became soft and gave the juice.

Carrots to grate long strips on a grater for Korean carrot using a nozzle for fine shredding.

Small onion finely chop half rings. Add the Basil — it will bring new, fresh touch to the familiar taste.

Squeeze the juice of 1 orange. Add soy sauce, garlic cloves, vegetable oil and mix in blender until smooth.

Pour the marinade over the salad. Gently stir and put into a press for several hours, or overnight.

Ready-made coleslaw to put in a jar with marinade (or just do it in a pot) and use as needed.

I myself have not tried to store it – very quickly ate but I think that two days in the fridge this salad will feel quite comfortable.

On a plate place lettuce. Delicious cabbage salad squeeze excess marinade and lay heaped. Garnish with sprigs and/or chopped dill.
